What community amenities does Oberon offer?

Is Oberon pet-friendly?

Yes, Oberon is a pet-friendly community. Oberon allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

What schools are near Oberon?

Oberon is located within North St. Paul – Maplewood – Oakdale School District 622. Nearby schools include Weaver Elementary, John Glenn Middle, and Tartan Senior High School. Contact the school districts directly to verify current enrollment boundaries before making enrollment decisions.

What bedroom options are available?

Do apartments include washers and dryers?

Yes, apartment homes at Oberon include in-unit washers and dryers.

Is Oberon a smoke-free community?

Yes. Oberon is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, on patios and balconies, or in any common community area.

Do apartments have balconies or patios?
