Is Oberon pet-friendly?

Yes, Oberon is a pet-friendly community. Oberon allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Oberon’s rent does not include utilities.

Is parking included?

Oberon offers a surface lot and underground garage parking. The surface lot is free of charge and a garage stall is $75 per month.
